Assessment ID and Travel documents in Africa
The International Organization for Migration has created a team of experts, including Fons Knopjes of IDmanegement Cetre to analyse African identity systems.
As expert and advisor, member of an IOM mission responsible for the evaluation of passport projects in different African countries including the evaluation of potential passport vendors. A part of the assignment was the evaluation of the total identity chain of the countries. This assignment was carried out in an interdepartmental and inter administrative very complex environment.
