Ineke Ruiter of IDManagement Centre guided the Ministry of held during the development and implementation of electronic health records.
Program management for the implementation of the national electronic health record. The implementation regards all hospitals, pharmacies, GP’s and locum GP’s in the Netherlands. Also responsible for the implementation of the Citizen Service Number in the healthcare sector. This number is a unique identifier for patients which enables reliable and secure (medical) data exchange.
