ICAO’s Doc 9303 free available

At TAG/MRTD 19, the ICAO Secretary-General announced that Doc 9303 will be available for free.
Document 9303 of ICAO defines the specifications for machine readable travel documents, providing for global data interchange both visual (eye readable) and machine readable (optical character recognition) means.
The specifications of Doc 9303 should always be read in conjunction with the additional information set out in the latest release of the Supplement which will be available on the ICAO web site at www.icao.int/mrtd.
