Evaluation European Seminars

After twelve years, the Portuguese Government, in cooperation with Fons Knopjes of IDManagement Centre, conducted a survey on the European seminars for document specialists.

The European Commission funded the seminars. 61% of the 228 students responded by filling in the questionnaire. The outcome of the survey showed that both the individual member states and the European Union as a whole considered the document seminars valuable. 80% of the respondents found the European seminars useful and of good quality. Therefore, there is no need to fundamentally change the concept of the European seminar for document specialists; however, it remains vital that the latest technological developments in the identity chain are closely followed.
